Coming from a family of realtors and real estate investors, Daniel developed an early understanding of property value and negotiation. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for over $110 million in closed sales across Monmouth and Ocean Counties, earning a reputation for clear communication, honest guidance, and strong advocacy.

Clients consistently describe Daniel as responsive, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure. He is known for setting realistic expectations, communicating proactively, and protecting his clients’ interests—whether that means positioning a home to sell quickly and competitively, navigating multiple-offer scenarios, or patiently helping buyers wait for the right opportunity.

Before entering real estate, Daniel worked in the social work field, a background that continues to shape his client-first approach. He listens carefully, advises thoughtfully, and prioritizes long-term relationships over short-term wins. This mindset has led to a high level of repeat and referral business, as well as consistent recognition as a New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award recipient.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Outside of real estate, he organizes an annual community food drive in support of Fulfill Food Bank, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the local communities he serves.
